In the chaos of 2020, with COVID-19 looming large, job opportunities seemed as rare as finding a unicorn in the backyard. Frantically juggling marketing consultations and job boards, I found solace in perfecting my baking skills with leftover ingredients from my daughter's birthday cake. Then, like a plot twist in a feel-good movie, Guilt Free Food's cinnamon rolls burst onto the scene. What began as a coping mechanism evolved into a full-blown baking adventure, propelling me into the unpredictable seas of entrepreneurship.

Four years later, still standing amidst flour-dusted trials, I continue to serve smiles, one tasty treat at a time. Life's too short not to pursue passion and purpose, even if it means traversing the road less sugary.

Introducing the 4th anniversary  limited edition: the Black Sesame Roll with Honey Tahini Frosting – a nod to the dark rocky road (the black sesame base) that brought me here and a celebration of every sweet victory (the golden honey tahini frosting) along the way. It's a little bit nutty and sweet and unexpected touch of savoury from the sea salt to illuminate the taste.  What a great reminder that sometimes the best things come from the most unexpected places.
